Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns and exchanges are accepted.

1. Return Period

For retail and brand-new items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Where items are supplied with tags or labels, these must remain attached and intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where items show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components not caused by us.

3. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Once approved, we will provide the correct return address. Please note:

  • Do not return items to the manufacturer.
  • Do not send items until you have received confirmation and the correct return address.
  • The returns location may vary depending on the item.

When returning goods, please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Contact details

This ensures we can identify your return promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health or personal care items

Where products are restricted for hygiene, safety, regulatory or compliance reasons, this will be stated on the product page.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, particularly for items valued over £50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm:

  • Receipt of the return
  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • Most refunds appear within 3–5 working days but may take up to 10 working days.

If a return is rejected:

  • The item will be returned to you.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We will contact you before processing any additional charges.

7. Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted where:

  • The item is not returned in its original condition.
  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • The return is made outside the stated timeframe.

Each case is assessed individually.

8. Klarna Purchases

If you paid using Klarna:

  • Klarna will cancel any remaining payments once a refund is processed.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Klarna supports full and partial refunds.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days:

  • Check your bank or card account carefully.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Ensure you are checking the original payment method used.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair the item,
  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund

We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in confirmed fault cases.

11. Regulated, Protective or Compliance-Controlled Products

Certain products supplied by Regent Rogue Ltd may fall within regulated, protective, tactical or compliance-controlled categories.

For safety, compliance, and supply-chain integrity reasons:

  • Items that are subject to export control, regulatory classification, or end-user restrictions may not be eligible for return once dispatched, except where faulty or not as described.
  • Protective equipment, ballistic-rated products, safety-critical components, or sealed compliance-certified goods may not be returnable if opened, unsealed, fitted, worn, or tampered with.
  • Products supplied subject to specific end-use declarations or compliance checks may be non-returnable unless defective.

Where a product falls within a restricted return category, this will be indicated on the product page.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Regent Rogue Ltd reserves the right to request verification information before authorising the return of regulated or controlled items.
